Generate a summary of SMS file contents. The results summary are printed to STDOUT.

$ smsls --sms_file myinput.sms

Generic options:
  --help                produce help message
  --version             produce version message

Required options:
  --sms_file arg        read file name

Optional options:
  --output_file arg         output file name (default is stdout)
  --flow_cells arg (=1-2)   flowcells to process
  --channels arg (=1-25)    channels to process
  --positions arg (=1-2000) positions to process
  -b [ --brief ]            brief output format (faster)
